  Water has black mold which accumulates on shower head. Also, lost water pressure and was not notified nor nothing was on the website.

  The ultilities office is no help at all. I called concerning a leak at the street and was told over the phone they had nothing to do with the water leaking. Prior to this, a few years ago, I had a gentleman come out for service and he showed me where the responsibility would be according to where the leak was. The customer service person refused to send someone to look and verfiy the problem.
