  I had a terrible experience at Great Clips, Smithfield on 11-3-17. If Brittany is working, turn around and leave. She complained about being tired and her feet hurting, and even asked the other stylist if he loved her, to do this customer for her. At that point, I should have left. Unfortunately, I didn't. She did such a bad job that the other stylist had to come over and fix her mistake. It looks awful and I will never go back to Great Clips.

  Bad place to go for a haircut told them I had an important interview for the next day and I get home take a shower and see that she faded half my hair shorter than the other
