  Went for a colonoscopy and upper gastrointestinal (UGI) esophageal endoscopy. Believe it or not, the procedures were the best part of a very negative experience. In my opinion the staff is inept. They will "nickel and dime" you to death. Was told before the procedure, I would be responsible for a certain amount given my insurance. This bill, and that bill later, and I still owe them money, Even a "follow-up" visit was absolutely worthless, for the Dr. to talk to me for 10-minutes (after an hour and 15 minute wait), and oh, by the way, that's another $50 for an office visit. Went to pay and close account, and was told, 'your balance is settled", an hour later, get a call, "well, we made a mistake"...and well, you still owe $50 !!!...REALLY? I would not recommend this practice to ANYONE ! I wouldn't even give it a one star rating, but that's not an option, and it would probably cost me another $50 bucks !
